Female characters in The Witcher. Triss and seven other famous women of The Witcher

"If during the game you missed an affair with some lady, then our guide will help make up for such an annoying omission, as they say. But if you, young sir, have not yet 18 years, then come to this page when you grow up a little! We wish the rest of the players a good journey through sex scenes!

K eira Metz

As you know, the Witcher is very keen on women, but he is especially attracted to magicians. One of these can be found in Velen, simultaneously with the search for Ciri in the quest “Witch Hunt”. The ex-sorceress from the lodge hides in the forests like a Belarusian partisan and helps the peasants in word and deed.

After she is discovered, you will need to go in search of the master who made an appointment with Ciri, but the mission will be interrupted by an attack by soldiers of the Wild Hunt. Ruthlessly chop them into pieces, look for quest notes, and then go to the exit, then the sorceress will suddenly need you to find a magic lamp. You shouldn’t refuse, otherwise the witcher won’t get anything in terms of somersaults in bed with Keira.

When the lamp is found and given away, an invitation will be received from Keira. This quest should not be ignored either. Having come under the shelter of the sorceress, you can and should take on the mission “Mouse Tower”, in which you will have the usual witcher work - removing the curse from the island and chopping up monsters. But that’s not all, the sorceress will shift a few more problems of the local villagers onto your shoulders and force you to solve them.

You will understand that the quest chain ends when the invitation to the race follows. But after doing all these side quests the sorceress will offer to sleep with her. You can, of course, show integrity and proudly refuse, saying that you are faithful to the other, but even if sex happens, it will not have any impact on future relationships with Yennefer or Triss.

T riss Merigold

An old acquaintance from previous parts, in which the witcher already had corresponding scenes with her. In this part, you can find her in Novigrad, and you won’t be able to pass by her, because Triss is partly responsible for the passage of the main plot branch, and she sometimes also participates in additional missions.

However, despite the fact that she appears every now and then on the way, in order to once again break through to her heart, you need to very carefully select your lines in the dialogues.

A good lead-in to the sex scene is found in the mission “A Matter of Life and Death,” where you need to find and bring an alchemist to the sorceress, then there will be a ball where, if you choose polite and sweet phrases, you will have the opportunity to kiss the drunken sorceress. And you definitely need to kiss.

Affects Triss's feelings and the choices Geralt makes in some missions. So, for example, in a story branch where you need to decide whether to go save the magicians or go look for Anais and Berthold, it is better to choose the search for magicians.

As a result, a significant farewell meeting with the sorceress will take place in the harbor. You can let her go, and then she will sail safely home, or you can confess your love to her and persuade her to stay, then there is a chance that the ship will sail away without Triss, you will chat with her a little more on the shore, and then go to the lighthouse, where everyone and it will happen.

Jennifer

The Witcher is quite loving, and since Yennefer is his beloved, more attention is paid to her than to the other ladies. There are two bed scenes with her. Both scenes are tightly attached to the main plot, so it’s impossible to pass by them and not notice them. The trigger is the first to run when the quest about the death of the king is done, when a wake for the head of the clans takes place.

It’s enough to chat a little with Yennefer, she will persuade the witcher to steal the Ourobros mask, during which the heroine’s dress will be torn, and she will be going to patch it up, there is no need to waste time, but you need to say that the repair will wait, thus the famous scene on the unicorn will be launched .

The second erotic adventure of the witcher and Yennefer takes place in the witcher fortress of Kaer Morhen, when a mission called “No Place” takes place. better at home" Fighters against the undead gather to listen to Vesemir’s ideas about saving the village, but all this leads to inevitable alcoholism.

Yennefer doesn't like drunken company and seeks solitude. The choice is yours whether to agree to help her or not. If nothing follows after the refusal, then consent to help will lead to yet another bed roll. At the end of the scene, the witcher returns to his drunken friends, and the mission continues with fights with the enemy that are natural for this game.

The trigger for another erotic scene is activated before the very last battle with the Wild Hunt. Provided that the Witcher had previously had a good time with both Yennefer and Triss, the girls offer the White Wolf a threesome. You need to go to the tavern and buy more expensive alcohol, then return to the magicians, who are already eagerly awaiting the hero.

Unfortunately, this episode may only appeal to fans of some kind of bondage and domination. The girls chain Geralt to the bed, condemn his loveliness in every possible way, and then wave goodbye and leave, leaving the witcher in splendid isolation, attached to the headboard of the bed. However, the faithful bard Dandelion, who always hangs around somewhere in various minor and major troubles, senses that something has gone wrong, appears and frees the White Wolf from his amusing imprisonment.

M Adam Sasha

A task that ends in an erotic scene, if only you are savvy enough in the local card game and you have a fairly strong deck. The episode activator is the mission "Gwent: Big Stakes". You can pick up the mission on the quest board in the city of Novigrad. To complete it, you need not so little: a deck with a total strength of seventy points and a thousand gold in your wallet.

You need to gradually defeat all opponents from weak to strong. Then the gold, which is intended for the winner of the gwent tournament, is stolen, the witcher goes in search of it and stumbles upon a gang of thieves. You need to kill all the attackers, and then give some of the coins to the girl from the gang, for this generosity she will invite you to dinner, and during it dialogue options will appear that lead directly to that very thing.

Yu tta

The mission "Iron Fist", similar in name to the name of the German tank unit, however, can end in virtual fucking. If you kill the leader of the slave trader, then Jutta will offer you a duel, and if the leader of the slave traders remains alive by your will, then she will ask you to fulfill one of her two requests - to get the sword from the depths of the sea or to kill Gundar.

For an erotic continuation, you need to defeat her in a duel, this will impress a girl who loves brutal guys, she will offer to visit her house, after which you need to wait until sunset and act.

In general, it is not at all necessary to stir up some kind of relationship, if you are a stubborn hickey and sighs under the Moon are so alien to you that even in virtual reality they make you gag, you can always use the services of brothels. Fortunately, on the map they are marked as merchants or shops, and in the dark they are visible from afar thanks to the red lantern above the entrance.

Border "Passiflora"

This place is so famous that it even appeared in the books of Andrzej Sapkowski. Not too cheap brothel located near St. George's Bridge in the north of Novigrad. WITH

No one will allow you to attack the priestesses of love just once, first you need to talk to the head of the establishment, Marquise Serenity, as soon as you split about your depraved intentions, the map will be replenished with marks in the form of hearts - these are girls of easy virtue, there are three of them. The fun will cost forty crowns per night, but will also bring four units of experience.

B ordel "Catherine the Lame"

It’s a so-so establishment, and they wouldn’t have built another one next to the docks, where all sorts of peasants and sailors hang out. Also marked with a red flashlight. The first thing you need to do is talk to the owner of the brothel, otherwise no one will want to do business with you, the woman will recommend girls to you, and each one costs only twenty crowns, but also brings only two units of experience.

This page contains general information about the main characters of the game The Witcher 3...

Geralt

Geralt of Rivia is the same witcher who travels the world in search of monsters and other harmful and dangerous dirty tricks, thereby earning his living and for whom we have to play. A man, or rather a mutant, who has seen a huge number of caves and trolls, kings, queens and judges. Mutants of this kind are selected and trained from childhood for a single purpose: to protect humanity from the countless creatures inhabiting the lands that appeared after the conjugation of the spheres. There are several witcher schools, whose representatives can be recognized by the medallions around their necks. Geralt's wolf medallion warns him with a slight vibration of approaching danger or magical fluctuations nearby. Behind last years the caste of witchers has been reduced to a handful of active hunters, due to the fact that the number of monsters has decreased significantly, and the powers that be have become more interested in their neighbors than in monsters; so few of them remain that the world begins to resemble a time when they did not exist at all.

Cirilla Fiona Helen Rhiannon (Ciri)

Cirilla is another character that we will be given the chance to play with from time to time. Cirilla Fiona Helen Rhiannon, the ash-haired girl from the prophecy, the student of Geralt of Rivia, the swallow, the child of destiny and many others. In the game, Ciri is a young witcher trained by Geralt in Kaer Morhen. She possesses mystical powers that are the key to understanding and countering the Wild Hunt, the cavalcade of ghostly horsemen pursuing her, Geralt and Yenifer. The vicissitudes of fate more than once separated Geralt and Ciri over the years of their acquaintance. Geralt continues to search for the girl to this day.

Yennefer of Vengerberg

Yennefer of Vengerberg, once a full member of the Lodge of Sorceresses, Geralt's lover and one of the most powerful sorceresses. Geralt first met the black-haired sorceress twenty-five years ago. Their friendship and mutual feelings arose during an unusual incident with a genie, and thanks to the wish that Geralt made, their destinies were inextricably intertwined. The difficult relationship between the witcher and the sorceress experienced ups and downs, each time causing a real storm of emotions - there were crises and breaks. Several years ago, after a long separation, during which each of them had many adventures, Geralt and Yennefer met again, determined to renew the relationship. But the sorceress fell into the clutches of the Wild Hunt. The Witcher rushed to help and lost his memory. As soon as his memories returned to him, he again set out in search of his beloved, along the way he would further complicate everything with his relationship with Triss, another sorceress.

Vesemir

Vesemir is a key character in the game. He is the oldest living witcher, the only one who, many years ago, survived the attack that destroyed the Wolf's witcher school. No one knows exactly how old Vesemir is. It is possible that he is older than the very walls of Kaer Morhen - the fortress where the witchers of the Wolf School were trained, in which he was a fencing instructor. The old man’s wrinkled, rough face, framed by gray hair, leaves no doubt that this seasoned witcher will force a much younger opponent to retreat.

Triss Merigold

This young and powerful sorceress, friend and lover of Geralt of Rivia, is one of the most important characters in the world of The Witcher. A lot can be told about her life and adventures: she was an adviser to Foltest, the king of Temeria, and a member of the secret Lodge of Sorceresses. When Geralt lost his memory and forgot about Yennefer of Vengerberg, she became his friend and companion. She has always been close to the witchers of Kaer Morhen, especially the eldest of them, Vesemir. Triss took part in the defense of Kaer Morhen from the Salamander and joined Geralt during the siege of La Valette Castle. Triss is a powerful sorceress who specializes in healing magic, but she is also known for her combat spells and powerful protective barriers.

Julian Alfred Pankratz, Viscount de Lettenhof

Yes Yes exactly. This heavy drinker, rowdy and unlucky lover who always gets into trouble is not so simple. He is of fairly noble origin, although he makes his living from music and poetry. The story in the game is told on his behalf...

The circumstances of the birth, or rather the news of Pavetta’s pregnancy, were very specific. Prince Dany, Cirilla's father, was the cursed Emhyr var Emreis, then the exiled heir to the Nilfgaardian throne. Thanks to Vilgefortz of Roggeveen, Dany learned of the opportunity to take the throne of Cintra, and then use the Elder Blood gene, simultaneously regaining his imperial title. To do this, Joz needed to take advantage of the right of surprise and get the daughter of the Cintra king Roegner as his wife. So, during the king’s hunt, the damned prince, disguised as a knight errant, saved the life of the monarch and asked as a reward what the sovereign would find at home, but what he would not expect to see there. Upon the king's return home, he learned that his wife was pregnant. He confessed to the queen only on his deathbed, when the time to pay the savior the reward was already close. Calanthe did not want to give her daughter, and at the same time the crown, to some damned monster and decided to get rid of him during a feast, where many young princes and princes would arrive and begin to seek Pavetta’s hand. It was then that Emhyr should have come. But, in her plan, the queen miscalculated, and twice. The first time, when I couldn’t find out about the secret meetings between my daughter and Dani, and the second, when I decided to hire a witcher, Geralt of Rivia. The White Wolf refused the unusual order in every possible way, but royal authority prevailed, and the hero attended the reception. When Yozh appeared in the banquet hall, Calanthe demanded that the witcher fulfill the order. But Geralt, like any witcher, knew a lot about the purpose and loved to remove curses, took advantage of customs and declared that he would begin to act only if Pavetta refused Tribute. As a result of secret meetings that lasted a year, the princess fell in love with the monster and agreed to become his wife. The enchanted Yozh was only in the guise of a human face during the day, and at night his real appearance returned to him, with which he came to the princess. Unfortunately, then midnight had not yet come, and all the guests learned about his nature and the reason for his arrival, which led to riots: all the parties that were about to get married wanted to kill the insolent attacker on a possible bride. At that moment, magical powers awakened in Pavetta, which surpassed even the power of the origin children - the Elder Blood gene made itself felt, and the princess almost destroyed everyone who was in the room. Fortunately, with the help of a witcher and a druid, the force was extinguished. After this, Yozh told Calanthe about the nature of his curse, and she, realizing that she would not do anything, announced two weddings - hers and her daughter’s. By doing this, she removes the curse from Emhyr. Dani decided to thank Geralt and asked him about any wish. The Witcher took advantage of the right of surprise and bound himself to Cirilla.

Childhood

When Cirilla was little, her parents died in a shipwreck. Therefore, she was raised by her grandmother. Also, the girl spent a lot of time on Skellige, where Calanthe’s new husband was from, and, consequently, the new king of Cintra, Eist Turseah. On the islands, she stayed in Kaer Trolde, a castle, and became very close friends with the earl's son Hjalmar. Feelings even slipped between them, and the children planned to run away and be together, but the influence of their elders, namely the Belt of the Collapse, knocked all this out of them. Often the princess was sent to the east, to principalities such as Elander, to find her a future husband there. Ciri did not like such trips and she categorically did not like the proposed parties. During one such trip, when everything seemed to have been decided, and, having matured, the girl was supposed to marry the Verden prince Kistrin, Cirilla fled to the Brokilon forest. There, the witcher Geralt of Rivia miraculously managed to save her from a scolopendromorph. It was then that Geralt first met his destiny. Since the dryads ruled the forest, the girl was immediately noticed by them and registered as a candidate for new dukhobabs. Despite all Geralt’s requests from the mistress Einthe, Ciri still drank from a source that would erase her memory and begin to turn her into a dryad. But nothing like that happened. Instead of turning to the forest maiden, the girl only once again asked the witcher to take her out of the forest. When Geralt and Einthe were left alone, the witcher thanked the mistress, but she assured him that the water was real and offered the White Wolf to drink it so that he could be convinced. After drinking from the spring, the witcher immediately lost consciousness. Thanks to the witcher's mutations, the water no longer had any effect on him. With this water trick, Einthe wanted to show the power of destiny that binds Geralt and Ciri. Contrary to the girl’s requests, the White Wolf sent her back to Verden. She spent the rest of her time, as usual, in Cintra or Skellige.

When the second war with Nilfgaard began, invaders broke into the capital and burned the city to the ground. Cahir Maur Dyffin aep Ceallach, who received orders to take the girl out and bring her to the emperor, was able to evacuate her from the city, but in the confusion she ran away from the knight and joined other refugees. This whole situation greatly affected her psyche and Ciri was tormented by nightmares about the winged knight for many nights. As a result, she was sheltered by a peasant family living near Sodden. Without knowing it, the girl again became the promised reward for Geralt of Rivia. The witcher asked the merchant as a reward for something that he did not expect to find at home, and this reward turned out to be the future witcher. Soon, the White Wolf arrived in this village and met his destiny. He no longer tried to hide from him.

Combat training

From the very early years, the girl learned to control her magical abilities, which have been passed on for many centuries from Lara Dorren. Myshovur became her mentor. The druid spent a lot of time at the court of Cintra and became very attached to Ciri, and, in fact, played the role of a grandfather. Mostly, the druid taught her how to control the raw energy that her mother once used to nearly kill everyone at a feast in Cintra. In general, he succeeded, since his abilities did not manifest themselves in any way until the start of the second Great War. After the Cintra Massacre, the girl ended up with the witchers. They didn't know any other way to raise a small child, so they just started making her a witcher. Cirilla began a course of grueling training, eating exclusively special mushrooms that were supposed to strengthen her muscle mass. The monster killers did not dare to subject her to mutations. The real test for Ciri was the pendulum - a device aimed at developing leg dexterity during fencing. Training on it is carried out with a blindfold, and the surf itself stands on the very edge of the wall of Kaer Morhen, beyond which there is only an abyss. During one of these classes, she tripped and almost fell down, but Geralt reacted in time and caught her charge. Just like the pendulum, Ciri did not like the theoretical part of her studies: all the thick tomes and collections only caused boredom in the girl. Also, it was in Kaer Morhen that Cirilla’s unusual abilities first appeared - she was the source, and in one of these trances she predicted the death of two witchers: Koyon and Geralt would die from the trident. The prediction came true. Since the witchers understood little about magic of this kind, they were forced to turn to specialists for help. There were only two sorceresses to whom Geralt could turn, and since he had recently quarreled with Yennefer, Morhen arrived in Kaer. She was able to determine the girl’s abilities and advised her to send her to study at the academy, since the magic of the origins must be curbed, otherwise Ciri will become dangerous to herself and others. Moreover, thanks to her elder blood, the girl’s strength was already incredibly enormous. It was decided to send Cirilla to the Melitele temple in Elander to be trained by mother Nenneke. Although not too willingly, the witcher agreed to leave Geralt. She learned in the temple senior speech, many household chores and basic etiquette that have been forgotten since the escape from Cintra. And it was in the temple that Ciri first met Yennefer. At first they did not get along with each other, and Cirilla even hated the sorceress a little, but over time the hatred turned into affection. There was never any hostility on Yennefer’s part, since she knew about the girl’s connection with Geralt, and thanks to this and something else, she called Ciri her daughter. The sorceress always wanted to have children, and the incident with the genie in Rinda was started for the sake of power that would help her with this. After the summer in Elander, they went to Arethusa, where Cirilla was supposed to enter the academy to study. However, she never became a sorceress, and she never will be able to - soon, in the Korat desert, the witcher will give up her abilities.

Riot on Thanedd

One of the turning points in the history of the northern kingdoms took place on the island of Thanedd. After the spies of the north discovered Vilgefortz's plot, the castle was engulfed in numerous skirmishes and battles. The Chapter tried to remain neutral and resolve the matter peacefully. But, as it turned out, the second Great War began due to a provocation from the north, which Yennefer unwittingly proved. Confident that it was Niglilfgaard who violated the peace agreement, she brought Ciri to a meeting of the Chapter, where, thanks to her gift, she revealed the whole truth. They believed her, since it is impossible to lie during a trance. At this time, a detachment of Scoiataels, together with Cahir, arrived on the island to deliver the girl to the empire. Geralt prevented them from doing this. But at the same time, Vilgefortz, who played his own game and was able to fool the north and south, was himself interested in the elder blood gene and began his pursuit. Geralt was able to detain him, but the sorcerer emerged victorious from the battle, and the witcher was evacuated by Triss to the Brokilon forest. An artifact compression spell was cast on Yennefer, and the sorceress became a prisoner of Francisca Findabair. Her disappearance was sudden, so everyone decided that she was Vilgefortz's accomplice. The latter, in turn, was able to catch up with Ciri at the portal to the Gull Towers, but the witcher was able to escape, and the sorcerer received a terrible facial wound, which led to the loss of one eye. Cirilla found herself right in the middle of the Korat desert, which is popularly called simply “Frying Pan”. Thanks to the help of a young unicorn who was also lost, she was able to reach the Nilfgaardian snakes, where she was unfortunately captured by soldiers. But she did not stay among them for long: the knight’s detachment was killed by mercenaries, and the “Rats” gang helped her escape from them. Not knowing what to do next, abandoned by everyone and frightened, Ciri continues her journey along with this gang. There she began a romantic relationship with Mistle, a girl whom her parents had once sold into slavery. The "Rats" had a reputation as dangerous thugs, so the reward for them was large. One day, they were taken on by the mercenary Leo Bonhart, hired by Stefan Skellen, an imperial conspirator who sought to undermine the ruler's power. Soon Bonhart caught up with the witcher and her gang and easily dealt with them all. He did not kill Ciri, because he saw in her witcher training and decided to mock her properly. The mercenary carried her with him everywhere on a leash, beat and insulted her in every possible way, even let her out to fight in the arena. Skelen, who was looking for a girl on the orders of the emperor, but pursuing his own goals. During the meeting between Stefan and Bonhart, Cirilla was able to escape thanks to an attempt by a court agent to destroy the conspirators. During the chase, Skellen leaves a terrible scar on her left cheek. Also thanks to these events, she got her horse Kelpie, who seemed to be the fastest. But it was not thanks to the mare that the girl was able to break away from her pursuers.

A weakened Ciri was found in the swamps by Vysogda of Korvo, a hermit and former scientist sentenced to death in the empire. He groomed the girl and thanks to him, she first learned about her main power - to travel through space and time. To unravel the secret of her power, Ciri followed the Swallow's tower. It was ruins, but the girl only needed a portal that led her to another world - the world of Aen Elle. There she met , an elven knower, who told her a lot about her gift. He also said that the girl would be able to leave their world as soon as she gave birth to their king’s child. In addition to the knowledgeable one, Ciri met the leader of the Red Horsemen, who did not hesitate to express contempt for her and all human race charity Cirilla for a long time refused to fulfill the request of the elves, or as they called “her destiny,” and repeatedly tried to leave Tire na Lia herself. In the area she met unicorns, among which was the one whose life she saved in the desert. The ancient race told her how to leave the territory of the elves, and at the same time told her how to use her gift. Just before her escape, the witcher witnessed the death of King Oberon at the hands of Eredin. He, in turn, sent his Red Riders, who in other worlds are known as the Wild Hunt, after her.

Upon returning to the Witcher's world, Ciri went to Stygg's castle, where Vilgefortz kept Yennefer. Leo Bonhart was also there, dreaming of getting rid of the witcher who humiliated him. Cirilla hoped to exchange herself for Yennefer, but the sorcerer refused and wanted to begin to implement his sinister plan. He planned to obtain the elder blood gene through an embryo that he was going to pull out of Ciri. But Geralt and his company arrived on time and were able to thwart Vilgefortz’s plans. The Witcher, with the help of Yennefer and Regis, defeats Vilgefortz, and Ciri fought Bonhart. The battle was very intense, and the mercenary almost won, but the situation was saved by the floor of the demon boards, which immediately reminded the girl of the pendulum from Kaer Morhen. Thanks to this, she was able to crush Bonhart and avenge the death of the "Rats". After protracted battles in the castle, Geralt and Ciri, back to back, fought off the remnants of Skelen's detachment. After the battle, as well as the meeting with the emperor, she managed to spend some time with her family. This is one of the very rare times when Geralt, Yennefer and Ciri are together. After this, she appears before the Lodge of Sorceresses, who have their own plans for the girl. Before starting to implement her plan, the witcher was allowed to spend a little time with Geralt. So she, Yennefer and Triss go to Rivia. But they arrive there too late: during the outbreak of the pogrom of the nonhumans, the witcher received a mortal wound from a pitchfork. Yennefer put all her strength into saving her beloved, and she too was dying. The unicorn came and helped the witcher transfer their bodies to another world, to the Island of Apple Trees. After this, Ciri sets off to travel through space and time...

In the game "The Witcher 3"

The world of Aen Elle, of which Eredin is now king, is on the verge of extinction and the king finds a way to save his people from extinction. He plans to take his Red Riders to the world of Aen Seidhe, but the power of their own magic is not enough. Therefore, Eredin is obsessed with the idea of capturing Ciri and using the elder blood gene to save his people. During Ciri's wanderings around other worlds, the Red Riders, under the guise of the Wild Hunt, overtake her, after which she goes on the run. One day she met Avalak'h, who is now in exile, but, like Eredin, is trying to save his people. But he wants to do this in a different way - the knower plans to open a portal to the world where the heart of the White Frost is located, and with the help of the elder blood gene - with the help of Ciri, save all worlds from freezing out. For some time they managed to hide in other worlds, but one day Cirilla had to give herself away. The King of the Hunt was able to capture Geralt, and the witcher immediately rushed to rescue her adoptive father. Having repulsed the Witcher from the Hunt, she teleported him to Kaer Morhen (the beginning of the game “The Witcher” (2007)). After this, the Wild Hunt received a clear trail, and hiding from their pursuers became much more difficult. Two years after saving Geralt, Ciri decides to return to her home world and ask for help from her loved ones. Unfortunately, upon arriving on Skellige they are immediately overtaken by the Hunt and Eredin curses Avalak'h. However, the knowledgeable one managed to fight back with the horseman, and he and Ciri escape into the teleport. The witcher is thrown out in Velen, in the middle of the Crooked-Ear Marshes, right next to the witches’ lair. There she was almost captured by one of the generals of the Hunt, Imlerich. The wounded and exhausted Cirilla ends up with the Bloody Baron, the Nilfgardian governor in these lands. He gave her a roof over her head and sheltered her with him. But it was not possible to rest for a long time, since during a joint hunt, the Baron’s group was attacked by a basilisk, and Ciri was forced to use her power to save the governor. Realizing that this will attract the Wild Hunt, she leaves Vronitsi and goes to Novigrad. There she plans to find Triss Merigold, and with her help contact Geralt and Yennefer, and at the same time learn about a way to remove the curse from Avalak'h. But due to the witch hunters who occupied the city, this became impossible. , who met her in the city, suggested turning to one of the local criminal leaders, Bastard Junior, for help. He, in turn, stated that he would help with the search for information if they brought him the treasury of Sigi Reuven. The robbery went almost perfectly, but Ciri and Dandelion ran straight into Caleb Menge, the leader of the hunters, and the friends were forced to flee. Realizing that she cannot be captured, Ciri teleports from Novigrad. The first place she thought of was the coast of Hindersfjall, where she often visited with. Avalak’h was waiting for her at the spot, since using her powers, Ciri leaves a magical trace that Aen Elle, including Eredin, can find. The knowledgeable one left the witcher in the village and gave her instructions to come to the meeting as soon as she became stronger. Alas, Cirilla spent too long in the village. The Wild Hunt came on her trail and destroyed everything in its path. With the help of the villager Skjalla, she managed to escape and meet Avalak'h. The elf immediately cast a spell that slowed down her life processes and hid the girl on the mysterious Island of Mists. He himself could no longer resist the curse, and turned into Uma. Some time later, Geralt arrives on the island and finds his ward.

After the meeting, the Wild Hunt is immediately on their trail, and the heroes are forced to teleport to Kaer Morhen, where preparations for defense are underway. The defenders of the fortress fought the invaders, but Hunt was able to break through. Eredin was almost able to capture Ciri by threatening her with death. But the old witcher understood that the girl could not be given to the Wild Hunt and sacrificed himself. The death of her mentor caused a surge of power in Cirilla, superior to that which burst out of Pavetta and nearly killed everyone at the feast in Cintra. Only Avalak'h, who had become stronger after the curse was lifted, could stop the flow of magic. After Vesemir's burial, the heroes began to develop a new plan to combat the Hunt. The witcher didn’t like him - according to him, she had to hide while others risked protecting her. However, everything has already been decided. She, along with Geralt and Avalak'h, remained in Kaer Morhen, where both of her mentors continued her training. A few days later, Ciri decides to go to Bald Mountain and take revenge on Vesemir’s killer, the elf Imleric. Together with Geralt, they go there to the Sabbath, where they have a chance to kill two birds with one stone - the witches and the General of the Hunt. While the White Wolf was busy with the latter, the witch killed the Whisperer and the Cook, and the third witch, the Spinner, was able to escape. After a successful foray, the heroes go to Novigrad. There, Ciri wants to thank those who helped her during her last stay in the city. After this, the team goes to Skellige, where they prepare to give the final battle of the Wild Hunt. At the same time, Avalak'h and Ciri are preparing to carry out their plan - to open a portal in the Tor Gvalch'ca tower and defeat the White Frost. Just before leaving, Geralt comes to Cirilla and asks her not to do this, since she may not return. However, Ciri has already decided everything for herself and sets off on a dangerous journey. Whether she returns from the portal or not depends on the player’s actions during the game. If she returns, then, also depending on the player’s decisions, she may become an empress or remain a witcher.

Dandelion speaks of Essie as a talented poet and singer; The relationship between Dandelion and Essie would most accurately be described as that of an older brother and a younger sister: despite the obvious creative rivalry and constant exchange of barbs, both bards treat each other very warmly. Essie Daven's meeting with Geralt in Bremervoord led to a fleeting romance, as a souvenir of which Essie retained the blue pearl found by Geralt and Dandelion, given by the poet and the witcher to her for her birthday. Essie kept the pearl until her death, which occurred 4 years after meeting Geralt during the smallpox epidemic in Vizima. The poetic legacy of Essi Daven after her death was published under the title “The Blue Pearl” (this book is mentioned among those read by Ciri during her studies in the Temple of Melitele).

Stefan Skellen, the Nilfgaardian coroner, hired Bonhart to put an end to Ciri, who was then a bandit in the Rats gang. Bonhart, who at the same time had an order from Baron Casadei to destroy the gang of Rats, killed all of Ciri’s companions. Later, Bonhart entered into an agreement with Vilgefortz and Skellen, setting one condition: he, Bonhart, would hand over the girl, but would have to be personally present at the reprisal against her. When Ciri, taking advantage of the confusion in Skellen's detachment, was able to escape, Bonhart pursued her all the way to the Tower of the Swallow, and later, rightly expecting that Ciri would return to take revenge on her enemies, he remained waiting for her in Vilgefortz's castle

The Witcher 3 goes on sale on May 19: wild Hunt"is without a doubt one of the main games of spring. While preparing for the release of the game, we could not ignore the strong women of the world invented by Andrzej Sapkowski - they play no less important role in the plot of The Witcher than Geralt himself.

Attention: the text contains details of the plot of the book series and games based on The Witcher.

Triss

Triss Merigold, familiar to players from the first two games, is one of the youngest sorceresses in the world of The Witcher. Despite her age, she is a member of the royal council of Foltest, King of Temeria, and one of the founders of the Lodge of Sorceresses, a secret organization consisting only of female magicians. At one time she was known as the "Fourteenth of the Hill" - people mistakenly believed that she died in the Battle of Sodden. In fact, Triss survived, although not without losses: her body was mutilated, and she had to undergo long-term rehabilitation and treatment. The battle left her with a scar on her chest, causing her to no longer wear low-cut dresses; The game developers, however, forgot about this.

Triss is almost the older sister of Ciri, the heroine who will appear in the third “The Witcher”. Triss took care of her for some time in Kaer Morhen and protected her in the future. She is also a skilled healer: Triss carries with her many magical potions, which, however, she never uses on herself - she is allergic to magic.

She, as players know, is in a romantic relationship with Geralt - however, speaking modern language, everything is complicated for them. In the new part of the game, with the arrival of Yennefer, everything will become even more confusing.

Yennefer

The sorceress Yennefer will appear for the first time in the new part of The Witcher (not counting the books). She was the youngest member of the Council of Sorcerers before she left it, and later received an offer to join the women's Lodge of Sorceresses, from the first meeting of which she hastily retreated. Yennefer is known for her beauty, although she was 94 years old during the events of The Tower of the Swallow. In the books she often wore black and white clothes and used lilac and gooseberry perfumes. Her distinctive features are violet eyes and raven hair. Yennefer is also a quarter elf.

Like most sorceresses, Yennefer is sterile. This haunted her, so she secretly searched for a way to restore her fertility. As part of the book cycle, she, however, did not succeed, but she bestowed maternal love on Ciri, a child destined for Geralt by the Law of Surprise. She taught her magic .

Yennefer is in a romantic relationship with Geralt. Probably the best proof of her feelings is the fact that at the end of the book series she gave all her strength in an attempt to save the witcher and died over his body.

Ciri

Cirilla Fiona Helen Rhiannon, better known as Ciri, is the granddaughter of Calanthe and the princess of Cintra. Geralt lifted the curse from her father and demanded from him, by the Law of Surprise, what he has but does not yet know about. This “something” turned out to be Ciri herself.

When she was a child, her parents disappeared in a storm and were thought to have died. Despite this, Geralt did not use the Right and did not take the girl from her grandmother, although he could have.

Their reunion, however, still happened: during the Nilfgaardian invasion of Cintra, Ciri was kidnapped by one of the knights, but she managed to escape and get to Sodden, where she was accepted by a family of merchants. Here Ciri met Geralt, who promised that he would never leave her again. Geralt then went with her to the witchers' haven, Kaer Morhen, where she underwent partial witcher training under the supervision of Triss Merigold; It was also revealed here that she is the Source, a child with enormous magical potential. After this discovery, Geralt and Triss took the girl to the temple of Melitele, where she first received instructions from Nenneke and then learned magic from Yennefer.

Together with the sorceress, she went to Thanedd, an island where a conference of magicians was supposed to take place, but a coup occurred. On the island, traitors in the service of Nilfgaard tried to recapture the girl. However, she escaped from her pursuers with the help of a magical portal, which transported her from her loved ones to distant lands, to the Korat desert.

In her further adventures, Ciri learned to influence space and time - so in the third “The Witcher,” the game’s Geralt will finally have a worthy competitor.

Shani

Shani, remembered by players from the first part, was met by Geralt back in the book series. Then she was a medical student at the Oxenfurt Academy and helped Geralt in his search for Rience, a magician in the service of Nilfgaard. She later participated in the Battle of Brenna as a field hospital employee. It is known that many years after the events of the book saga, she became the dean of the faculty where she studied. Unlike many other characters in the universe, it is even known when she died: it happened in 1340, 72 years after the Battle of Brenna. The first game, let us remind you, takes place only in 1273, so Shani is still young in it.

In the first part, Shani played one of the leading roles - of course, because the witcher himself was torn between her and Triss. But we are curious about something else: will we meet her in the new game?

Adda

Adda was born a princess as a result of an incestuous union between King Foltest and his sister. The girl's childhood was not carefree: due to parental incest and the curse of one nobleman, she was born in the guise of a ghoul. The book describes how one midwife, seeing the baby, jumped out the window and killed herself, and the other went crazy. Foltest decided not to kill the child, but hid Adda in a coffin in the dungeons of the palace. For seven years after this, Vizima lived quietly, however, when the child grew up, he began to crawl out on full moons in search of food. Soon it became unsafe to live in the palace, and the king and his retinue moved to another mansion. And Adda, despite her father’s attempts to get rid of the curse with the help of magicians, charlatans and sorcerers, continued to terrorize the city and feast on the unfortunate. This continued until Geralt arrived in the city, learning about big reward for lifting the princess's curse. Further events are shown in the introduction to the first part of the game.

Adda, disenchanted and already grown up, appears again in the third chapter of the first “The Witcher”. Soon, however, she is cursed again, and the player has to decide what to do with the unfortunate lady: remove the spell from her again or kill her.

Philippa

The sorceress Philippa Eilhart was an advisor to King Vizimir II of Redania. Do not think, however, that she was devoted to the king: she not only arranged his death, but also later stood at the head of the regency council together with Dijkstra, Redania's intelligence chief. Even before the assassination of the king, Philippa enjoyed such influence that she dictated decrees to the monarch, and after the accession of the new king, Radovid, to the throne, she did not lose her post. She had a love affair with Dijkstra himself for a long time, although in fact she was homosexual. This alone speaks volumes about how this cold and calculating woman skillfully used people in the pursuit of power.

In the book series, Philippa was one of the founders of the Lodge of Sorceresses. It was believed that she was its leader. The creation of the Lodge, however, was preceded by the Thanedd Rebellion, during which Philippa opposed the Brotherhood of Wizards, intending to neutralize the alleged traitors who had sworn allegiance to Nilfgaard.

Like many sorceresses, Philippa looks thirty years old, but in fact she is at least three hundred. She is one of the chosen ones who can turn into animals, as players discover in the second part. Despite the fact that in the books she dies from torture during the persecution of sorcerers, in the game she is alive and plays a key role in the plot of the second part.

Calanthe

Eva Wisniewska as Calanthe in the series “The Witcher”

Calanthe, Ciri's grandmother, being the only child in the royal family, was supposed to enter into a monarchical marriage in accordance with the traditions of Cintra and become the right hand of her future husband. This development of events clearly did not suit her - she cherished the hope of becoming the sole ruler of Cintra and for this she opposed the aristocracy. Cintra was threatened by a clash between its own ambitions and the centuries-old traditions of the aristocracy, which could escalate into a civil war. Fortunately, another way was found: a husband candidate from a distant country.

When she married her chosen one, all she had to do was give birth to a son in order to transfer the reins of power to him. Her plans were disrupted: first she gave birth to a daughter, and therefore she had two miscarriages; Calanthe faced the question of how to stay on the throne. Chance intervened: the husband, who wanted sons, died from pestilence. Despite the successful combination of circumstances, she was not allowed to rule alone by the aristocracy, which put pressure on Calanthe right up to her second wedding. But it was still not possible to remove her from the throne - until her principality was conquered by Nilfgaard, she ruled it together with her husband.

After the bloody battle that marked the fall of Cintra, Calanthe gave the order to take Ciri out of the city, and then, making sure that her granddaughter had left, she jumped from the balcony of the bastion so as not to fall to the Nilfgaardians.

Nenneke

Anna Dymna as Nenneke in the series “The Witcher”

Geralt doesn’t know his mother, but one woman practically replaced her for him. Her name is Nenneke, and she is a priestess and head of the temple of Melitele in Ellander. She has known Geralt since his youth and understands him perfectly, and therefore calmly guides the witcher on the right path and even scolds him. In one of the books of the saga, when the count, along with the Order of the White Rose, demanded that Geralt leave Ellander, it was Nenneke who defended him, saying that the count had no rights in her temple, and that the witcher could stay in it as long as he wanted.

Nenneke worships Melitele, the goddess of fertility, harvest and nature. The priestesses of this cult are known for their healing abilities. Nenneke, in particular, is famous for her potions, elixirs and ointments, many of which were created from herbs grown in her personal greenhouse on the temple grounds.
