There is a shank at one end of the auger 11 for connection to the gearbox shaft, and at the other end - a finger 1, on which working tools are put on - knives and grids, forming cutting pairs. The grilles are loosely placed on the finger and held in place by a key located in a stationary state inside the body.

The meat grinder kit includes two knife grids 2, 6 with holes with a diameter of 3.5 and 9 mm. The scoring grid 7 is firmly placed on the finger using the same key. Two double-sided knives 5 are tightly placed on the auger finger according to the principle of a profile connection and rotate with it. My husband once again returned from fishing with a large catch of various large river fish.


We decided to make fish cutlets. We watched the video and read the recipes. We concluded for ourselves that we need a good electric meat grinder to grind small fish bones. After all, everyone knows how many bones there are in fish and how difficult it is to remove them all!

How we make minced fish.

We do not clean fish from scales. What for? If we use only fillet for minced meat! Using a special knife, we separate the fillet from the ridge, and then from the skin with scales. We remove large bones, as well as small ones, if possible. We wash the fillet and put it through a fine sieve into a meat grinder.

The process takes a couple of minutes. Small bones are perfectly ground. You can't feel anything in the minced meat!

RECIPE FOR CUTLETS.

  3. A little white bread soak in milk.
  4. 2 eggs.
  5. half a pack butter, freeze and grate.

Mix everything and fry in a hot frying pan. The cutlets turn out tender and juicy.

PS: From personal experience It was noticed that fish cutlets need to be made from only one type of fish! That is, only from pike, only from pike perch, only from catfish, and so on. Let me explain - all fish are different in taste and toughness. If you want tasty and tender cutlets, take one type of fish.

Minced pork and beef.

Prepared pork and beef meat. Scrolled through a large grate. Everything spun very quickly, even the veins! The minced meat is not pressed, as through a manual meat grinder, but chopped. Small pieces of meat are visible. This is especially noticeable in the finished cutlets, the taste of meat.

We made khinkali and manti. It turned out to be an excellent taste!

We haven’t tried the rest of the functions, how to make sausages yet. But we’ll definitely try it.

For me, cranking meat is now a pleasure, literally in a matter of minutes and everything is ready.
