I really love quick recipes in general, and chicken is absolutely delicious)) I already have it in my piggy bank, and now I want to offer you another recipe - quick, tasty and in addition to the sauce - you can’t imagine anything better))

For the sauce, you can use cream of any fat content, and the volume and thickness of the sauce can be adjusted in several ways:

  1. if you have, for example, 200 ml of cream (there is no point in using less for a frying pan, otherwise you will end up with a milky and not a creamy sauce), then this is quite enough to prepare the sauce. You just first pour a glass of water over the chicken legs, and when they are ready, pour in the cream.
  2. If you want a thicker sauce, then at the stage of adding water, mix 1 tablespoon of flour into cold water and pour it into the chicken legs, and then add cream when ready.
  3. If you have homemade or 30% or higher heavy cream, then it is not necessary to add flour, because the cream will cope and the sauce will be much thicker than if you use 10% cream.

Required:

– chicken legs – 1 kg.,

– onion – 2 pcs.,

– spices: basil, mixture of peppers;

– garlic cloves – 3 pcs.,

– cream – 200-300 ml.

– if the cream is not fat – 1 tbsp. flour.

We wash the chicken legs in running water, mix the seasonings with vegetable oil and pour the marinade over the legs. Marinate for at least 15 minutes. and Place the chicken legs in a frying pan with hot vegetable oil. Fry until golden brown.

When I started shopping for food, I managed to make a mistake and buy cream instead of sour cream! Well, it happens - I just got tired after work... I later bought more sour cream, but in the end the cream was left in the refrigerator waiting in the wings - don’t throw it away! Just then the occasion came up to use them - for lunch I cooked lean soup with fresh nettles, and then for dinner I decided to bake chicken in cream. So as not to deprive your husband of a meat dish.

In a saucepan or cup, mix mayonnaise, chopped garlic, cream, salt and pepper.

We close the bag, make several holes for steam to escape and put it in the oven. Bake chicken drumsticks at 200C for 40-60 minutes (I prefer fried meat, so I keep it for a long time). To make it easier to place them on plates, transfer the finished drumsticks from the bag to a deep plate or small saucepan.

This food can be prepared in just 45 minutes. Another 10 minutes will be required to pre-prepare the products. The result is an excellent lunch or dinner for 6 servings. In addition to 6 drumsticks, you will need to use:

  • 250 g of mushrooms (champignons are best);
  • 350 g high fat cream;
  • 15 g of premium wheat flour;
  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • 90 ml odorless sunflower oil;
  • 30 g special chicken seasoning;
  • 30 g mustard;
  • salt, thyme and ground black pepper, all to taste and health.

After washing and drying with towels, place the chicken legs in a bowl. They are seasoned with a set of spices. Salt is added only if it is not in this set. The duration of processing meat with spices is usually from 5 to 10 minutes.

Only if a more pronounced and rich taste is required, the holding time is increased.


Then you need to prepare the champignons. After washing them under running tap water, quickly cut them into small slices. Recommendation: to prevent the mushrooms from becoming watery, it is better to rub them with a generously moistened sponge. Then they chop finely with a knife or press the garlic cloves under pressure. The legs are fried in a frying pan until nicely crusted, laying them out so that the meat juice does not leak out.

When preparing the sauce, add cream to a container with mushrooms. Stirring continuously, boil this liquid. Later, shortly before the end of cooking, add salt and ground pepper. Full readiness is achieved either on the stove or in the oven (then use a baking dish). Bake the product for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. If the pieces are quite large, the processing time increases.

The drumsticks are washed, skinned and placed in special containers for baking. After salting, sprinkling with pepper, and adding garlic, this preparation is poured with cream. The dish should be baked in the oven at 180 degrees. The main thing is that the surface is browned. From time to time, remove the chicken legs and pour the sauce over them. Readiness occurs as soon as the meat leaves the bones.


Quick recipe

In this version, the sauce is made from cream of various fat contents. Important: it is not advisable to use less than 200 ml of dairy product. Then the chicken legs filled with 200 g of water are brought to readiness, and immediately after that the cream is poured in. To make the sauce thicker, add 30 g of flour while pouring water. There is no need for flour if especially fatty (30% or more) cream is used.

In addition to a mixture of peppers, the taste is improved with the help of basil. The dish also includes:

  • 3 garlic cloves;
  • 2 onions;
  • sunflower oil;
  • fresh garden greens.

Marinating is relatively short - only a quarter of an hour. Fry the marinated legs in a thoroughly heated frying pan, ensuring that a golden brown crust appears. Immediately after this, onion half rings are added to the same frying pan. As soon as it becomes transparent in appearance, add 200 ml of water, garlic, and cover the pan with a lid. All this deliciousness should simmer for at least 20 minutes.

1. Chicken legs - 10-15 pcs.

2. Cheese - 100 gr.

3. Sour cream - 100-150 gr.

4. Garlic - 5 cloves.

1. Rinse chicken legs in water and salt thoroughly.

2. Squeeze the garlic using a garlic press, mix with black pepper and chicken seasoning.

How to cook chicken legs baked with cream:

1. Whisk the cream with the garlic, salt, sugar, paprika and ground black pepper in a bowl.

2. Place the chicken drumsticks in a large, heavy-duty bag (or container with a lid) and pour in the creamy marinade. Close the bag and shake it. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (24 - 48 hours is best).

3. Preheat the oven to 220C. Line a baking pan with foil. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place in the pan. Drizzle with a little olive oil, then sprinkle with paprika and sea salt to taste.

4. Bake for 30 minutes, until brown. Serve immediately.
