Another idea for decorating an ordinary T-shirt. We also bought a T-shirt, the most ordinary one (the color matched) on sale. Now we will decorate our T-shirt with it.

We cut the T-shirt that we bought at a sale into strips with scissors. 6 strips of 5*40 cm, 2 2*80 cm.
We sew wide strips on a sewing machine and pull them together into ruffles. Now their length should be 20 cm.
We sew thin strips into one. We sew on a sewing machine and make ruffles.
We sew a thin strip to the collar of our T-shirt. There should be an interval of 20 cm between the ruffles (for a wide stripe).
Now we sew a wide strip over the collar and thin ruffles.
Now we make a thin ruffle from the remnants of the T-shirt and sew it with a spiral from the wrong side.
And we get a rose. We make 2 of these (one more, the other less). Sew them to the collar (the junction of the wide and thin strips).
